Understand how NikeZone uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are stored locally on your device and you have full control over them at any time.

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser to remember preferences and measure usage. They do not run programs, do not carry viruses, and do not identify you personally on their own.
Session cookies are deleted as soon as you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on the device for a defined period (for example, 12 or 24 months) or until you delete them manually.

Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization, to understand which articles are read. Fully optional.
If and when Google Ads / AdSense is served, advertising cookies are only activated after explicit consent. We never sell or share personal data for cross-context advertising.

Google requires publishers to disclose their use of cookies, explain their purpose, and obtain consent when applicable. NikeZone displays a consent banner on the first visit, keeps this page public and permanently accessible, and records the user's choice.
Choices made in the banner feed directly into the ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization signals. No advertising or analytics cookie is set before consent.
NikeZone does not use cookies to create segments based on sensitive categories (health, religion, sexual orientation, financial status, etc.), nor for advertising targeted at children under 13.
Google's editorial and technical policies require the landing page to clearly disclose what data is collected. This Cookie Policy is linked in the nav, in the footer, in the Legal section of the homepage, and in the consent banner itself.
Under California law, sharing identifiers for cross-context advertising may be considered a sale. NikeZone does not sell or share personal data and offers a clear opt-out in the preferences panel. Google Ads is used, when applicable, under the Restricted Data Processing / Service Provider terms.
The FTC requires clear, conspicuous, and understandable disclosures. This policy is written in plain language, with no hidden jargon, and the consent banner is not pre-checked in favor of tracking.
NikeZone is intended for users 13 and older and does not knowingly collect data from children. No personalized advertising cookie is applied to users identified as minors.
Beyond California, NikeZone honors the opt-out rights provided under state privacy laws such as Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and Utah (UCPA), responding to Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals when sent by the browser.
